Q. When will my order be shipped and when will I get my delivery?

A. Most orders will be shipped within 3 working business days.
You will be sent an email when you place the order saying it has been received and is now being processed.
And you will be sent another email letting you know when the order has been shipped.
Delivery times are based on which shipping you have selected.

Q. How much is shipping?

Q. How do I apply the discount?

A. To apply the discount just add the items you would like to buy to your Cart.
Then you proceed to the Checkout.
Here you need to click Add Coupon, 
type in the discount code (or click and paste).
Click Apply Coupon and the discount will automatically be added.

Q. I have a problem with my order, what should I do?

A. Please contact me as soon as possible.
    Go to Contact and send me a message.

Q. Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations?

A. Yes. Contact me within: 14 days of delivery.
Send items back within: 30 days of delivery.
I do accept cancellations, please contact me if you have any problems with your order as quickly as possible.
Once the order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

A. Yes. It is best to set up an account and then you can select a different address on the order.
